And he showed a lot of romance and sympathy in 'The Practice', didn't he?. 

And, oh yes , here is another one, (although he only did some cameo work for the 87th): James Garner, as he was in Buddwing, for Matthew Hope.

	Maybe, J.P. I'll end up going through the whole roll call with you, but for now I'll share the one actor that has ALWAYS, for me, been the face of one of the characters in the series. To me, there's no more perfect fit anywhere for any actor to any character than James Cromwell as Capt.
